AmeriPark’s mission of “Winning through Service” has recently expanded with the merger of Denver based Mile Hi Valet Service. The transaction merged two of the premier hospitality valet and parking services companies in the country. Mile Hi was founded in 1984, and specializes in meeting the arrival and departure needs exclusively to hotels nationwide. Mile Hi Valet Service has retained their name and staff, and has commenced operations beneath the AmeriPark brand as our hospitality division. Collectively, AmeriPark and Mile Hi Valet Service operate in excess of 75 hotel parking operations throughout the nation. Our portfolios include some of the most prestigious and reputable hotel flags in the nation including: The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Hilton, and The Loews to name a few.

  • Master Leasing – For a garage, valet parking lot, or any type of facility – AmeriPark assumes complete responsibility for operation and revenue generation, yet ownership of the facility remains with the client.
  • Full Outsourcing – Mile Hi can manage the facility and maximize profits, in this case by purchasing the facility and creating a revenue-sharing partnership with the original owner – combining the benefit of a Master Lease with immediate cash flow potential.
