The transaction merged two of the premier hospitality valet and parking services companies in the country. Mile Hi was founded in 1984, and specializes in meeting the arrival and departure needs exclusively to hotels nationwide. Mile Hi Valet Service has retained their name and staff, and has commenced operations beneath the AmeriPark brand as our hospitality division. Collectively, AmeriPark and Mile Hi Valet Service operate in excess of 75 hotel parking operations throughout the nation. Our portfolios include some of the most prestigious and reputable hotel flags in the nation including: The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Hilton, and The Loews to name a few.
