Citizen Insider: Nick Squeglia

Nick Squeglia found his career at AmeriPark as a part-time, seasonal Valet at Simon Properties’ Lenox Square Mall in 2011. During this time, Nick obtained his Bachelor’s Degree while playing baseball (NCAA) at Georgia State University. Nick joined the AmeriPark family, full-time, as an Operations Manager in 2013.

Nick’s projection from Valet to Regional Manager is a byproduct of leadership and passion. AmeriPark employees know the only way to win is by winning through service. Nick used the AmeriPark motto throughout his career, “As a Valet, I took the motto to heart and did my best to provide professional service to individual guest and clients. I applied this mindset to the employees who have reported to me and the teams I have managed. Through serving people, I built successful valet teams/operations and established relationships with individual guests. As a result, we went above and beyond fulfilling our commitment to the clients my team served.”

AmeriPark prides itself on innovation, one of the many reasons why Nick enjoys AmeriParks’ company culture, “We provide an abundance of resources and in person-training for employees who are interested in leadership and advancement opportunities.”

Regional Manager, Mike Wingert, admired Nick’s work ethic, “Nick Squeglia has been a great asset for AmeriPark, and he’s grown tremendously within the last few years. His passion for the job shows in his team’s ability to maintain a high-level of service”.

In June, Nick was promoted to Regional Manager. Travis Larrison, Regional Vice President for Atlanta, Georgia, praised Nick’s role, “Nick is a valuable asset to CLH and AmeriPark. He will continue to grow, lead, and learn. He will be ready for the next step when it becomes available.”

In his personal life, Nick is enjoying married life with his wife, Caitlin Squeglia. They love nature, and plan to take trips around the US to visit our country’s amazing national parks. A personal goal of his, hike every section of the Appalachian Trail (piece by piece).

Thank you, Nick Squeglia, for everything you do at AmeriPark and Citizens Lanier Holdings. #Love2Park
